 PMs? Here's a nice idea. I think that a PM should be sent out automatically to new members, basically saying "Hi! Welcome to XNALaraArt! You can upload images here, or view your welcome thread here. Enjoy your stay!" I think it would encourage people to participate more in the forums, or even just log on more. Plenty of other forums do it, I think
